Bedtime Ritual


Approximate number of cups:

Use one tablespoon for two cups

Most effective use:

Take two cups an hour before bedtime.

Brewing instructions:

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 – 3 gms) of tea per cup (250ml) into a tea spoon filter, teapot or infuser.

Ideally use filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc and allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve re use unto 3 times depending on taste..
