Most effective use:
Take three cups daily morning and afternoon.
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 – 3 gms) of tea per cup (250ml) into a tea spoon filter, teapot or infuser.
Ideally use filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc and allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve re use unto 3 times depending on taste.
